Badruddin, the founder director of the company has over three decades of IT experience having held leadership positions in companies like TCS, Zensar, IBM Global Services and Tech Mahindra. His Industry experience spreads across industries like Banking, Insurance, Retail and Telecom with expertise on products like PeopleSoft, Oracle Sales Cloud, Core banking, Credit and Debit Card applications.

A Merger and Acquisition specialist, Badruddin has managed the integration of around 120 companies. He is a walking encyclopaedia on delivery management, business planning, business finance, pre-sales, customer account management, contract management, program and project management, HR, resource management and recruitment.

A first class engineering graduate from Zakir Husain College of Engineering and Technology, Aligarh, Badruddin started his career with TCS and has since then seen the evolution of IT services over the last four decades.

Badruddin is a great mentor and reaches out to people wholeheartedly. He is a man of royal taste with zest for life and his magnificent aura makes his presence felt. He is a gadget freak and ardent lover of music. He can be found enjoying TV series during his leisure time.

Aparna Khastgir

Aparna brings nearly 25+ years of qualitative experience across a wide gamut of functions including Business HR, Learning & Development, HR Business Partner, HR Operations, Compensation & Benefits, Client Relations and Business Development with organizations across industry verticals like Banking, IT, Retail, Manufacturing and Consulting.

Starting her career with Bank of America, Aparna has worked with Opto Circuits India Ltd, ANSR Global and currently a Business Partner with ANSR Consulting Inc, based out of New York, US.

She is deft at utilizing strong talent management skills as well as exceptional strategic business capabilities to develop and retain human capital contributing to the success of the organization.

Proficient in mentoring and training executives as well as managing team of HR business partners, people operations, and talent/recruiting. Track record of overseeing and executing HR processes, such as compensation, employee relations and benefits, recruiting, contracts, performance management, and compliance with employment laws.

Aparna holds a Bachelor’s degree, in Humanities, from Loreto College, Calcutta, a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from Calcutta University and is a certified Executive and Transformational Coach.

Aparna is a curious soul, an explorer, a wanderlust, a movie buff, a foodie and a has a reputation of being a good cook, enjoys standup comedy & talk shows, likes to spend time coaching, mentoring, nurturing, socializing and meeting people from all walks of life.

Kriti Jolly Gupta

Human Capital Management & Operations

Jolly heads the recruitment and hr advisory practice at Lograr. With two decades of experience ranging from startups to Fortune 500, Jolly is adept at creating recruitment models, building strong customer partnerships and driving business success. She is a people-oriented person and enjoys connecting with great people and finding them a great career. She has entrepreneurial experience of running her HR Consulting firm, providing talent to IT industry in Niche skills. Prior to that she worked with HDFC Bank in its nascent stage in Product Development and Marketing and oversaw the launch of path-breaking products. She also had a stint with Rediffusion DY&R in advertising and created innovative and powerful ad campaigns for Citibank. She had the opportunity to be part of the growth stories of two greatest banks in India, when the banking industry itself was at the cusp of transformation and explosion.

Jolly is an MBA from IIM Bangalore and MA in Psychology from Rajasthan university.

Jolly loves spending time with family and friends and also enjoys meeting new people. She is a voracious reader who also loves to travel. In her leisure time she can be seen watching movies and TV shows. Jolly is very passionate about charity and devotes time for causes like child education and regularly volunteers for community causes and events.

Nisha Gupta

Corporate Oversight

Nisha has extensive experience in the education sector. She has volunteered for various projects like the prestigious ‘Teach for India’ campaign helping in eliminating inequality in education. She then moved on to gain experience in Sales and Marketing working with many FMCG companies. She has proven her acumen as an administrator, planner and financial controller.

Management comes naturally to her as she is a people’s person. Generally soft-spoken, she is persistent to track action to closure, a quality required to run Lograr’s corporate service function.

Nisha is a gourmand who loves to cook and regularly dishes out culinary delights for her family and friends. She is fond of music and loves to spend time with her family. She swims like a fish and is a fitness enthusiast.

Roopali Joshi

Customer Relationship Management

Roopali leads the CRM practice at Lograr. She has over two decades of IT experience in Customer Relationship Management in Europe and India across various verticals namely Telecom and Finance. Prior to Lograr she worked with various CMMI-Level 5 MNCs, the most recent being IBM India Private Limited. She believes in perfection and reliability and tries to practice the same in both her personal and professional life.

Roopali has a Computer Engineering Degree and holds a Master’s degree in Indian Classical Dance (Kathak).

When not working, she coaches in classical dance and is also a part of a Music group of like-minded professionals.

Shailja Chandra

Sales and Marketing

Shailja Chandra spearheads the Sales and Marketing at Lograr. Her key mantra is “Good marketing makes the company look smart, great marketing makes the customer feel smart”. Developing & nurturing customer relationships is her forte.

Shailja brings along more than a decade of international marketing experience in a variety of industries, across India, South East Asia & Germany. Previously, she worked with Emerson Process Management (a Fortune 500 company) in Singapore, leading their product marketing function for Asia Pacific. Prior to that she worked with a leading German MNC, HARTING Technology Group, responsible for their marketing across deliverables in South East Asia and India.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Lady Shriram College for Women, Delhi, a master’s degree in Public Administration from Lucknow University and an MBA from Leeds University Business School, UK.

Besides spending time with her family, she is an avid Table-Tennis player who enjoys travelling, discovering delight in culinary experiences and calling herself a self-proclaimed movie critic.

Sheebaa Ali

Business Transformation Management

Sheebaa leads the Business Transformation Management practice within Lograr. She has close to three decades of extensive experience in project & program management, delivery management, quality & process management and resource development & training.

She has worked with some of the leading IT organizations namely Tech Mahindra, Misys Healthcare, Microland and Hexaware on multiple projects and technologies. She has experience on ERP, Healthcare, CRM, Telecom and eLearning verticals. For her, work is a passion which brings high energy, clubbed with hard work and perfection.

Sheebaa is an MTech. in Planning from School of Planning and Architecture, New Delhi and a Master’s in Humanities from Aligarh Muslim University. She has done Post Graduate Diploma in Sales and Marketing from NIS and a course in Image Management from ICBI New Delhi.

In her spare time Sheebaa loves to travel and enjoys reading on various cultures, anthropology and history. She enjoys translating her imaginations on canvas with oil paints and also cherishes spending time with youngsters and counsel them on their careers and life skills. She is involved in various social and charitable activities.

Smita N Kulkarni

Finance

Smita heads the finance function at Lograr. She is cost and management accountant with around 20 years of work experience in various finance functions like MIS, Budgeting, Commercials, Accounting, Business Planning, & Systems implementation with companies like Venky’s Group, Tatas and Cummins India

She also has experience in Business excellence and was an Assessor of the Tata Business Excellence Model which assessed various Tata Group companies.

Since the last five years, Smita is into consultancy in the field of Management Accounting and Indirect Taxes.

Smita likes to read fiction & watch movies & TV shows in her spare time. A music lover, she also enjoys exploring new destinations & loves to know about their culture & history.

Suzzane Philip

eLearning & Middle East

Suzzane is a senior IT Professional with more than 20 years of diverse experience in various industry verticals like Banking, Oil & Gas, Engineering and retail both in India and abroad.

She partnered and started an eLearning business in Muscat, Sultanate of Oman offering need based and customized learning solutions to various corporates.

She is a thinker–doer, comfortable in every assignment and is capable of providing the required vision, driving change, infusing new ideas / initiatives and ensuring year on year enhanced business performance and productivity.

Suzzane develops and maintains long standing and strategic relationship with clients offering consultative solutions suited to their needs.

She also has experience in Business excellence & was an assessor of the Tata Business Excellence Model which assessed various Tata Group companies.
